“Client” – the business subscribing to our Services.

“Users” – individuals using the platform under the Client’s account.
2. Service provision

We’ll provide access per your subscription plan.

We reserve the right to modify or suspend features with notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to upload harmful content or infringe rights.
4. Fees & payment

Subscription fees billed monthly/annually in USD.

We may suspend your account for overdue payments.
5. Intellectual property
All IP belongs to Thesmia.ai. You grant us a licence to use your content solely to provide Services.
6. Data protection & confidentiality

We handle Client data per our Privacy Policy.

Confidential info remains confidential.

Obligations continue during and after termination.
7. Warranties & disclaimers

We warrant reasonable care and skill.

No implied warranties (e.g., merchantability).

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, though we strive for 99.9% uptime.
8. Limitation of liability

We’re liable for direct losses up to the total fees paid in the prior 12 months.

We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits).
9. Cancellation Terms & Conditions
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how cancellations work at Thesmia:
Monthly Subscriptions

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

Once cancelled, you won’t be charged for the next billing cycle.

Your access to Thesmia will continue until the end of your current paid month.
Annual Subscriptions

You may cancel your annual subscription at any time.

As a bootstrapped start-up, we are currently unable to guarantee refunds for the remainder of your annual term.

We encourage you to reach out to our team if there are exceptional circumstances—we’ll always do our best to help.

10. Dispute resolution & jurisdiction

UK law governs these T&Cs.

You agree to try mediation before litigation.

Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We’ll notify you 30 days before material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
